Death.

Does death kill or is death the result of killing

Killing is actively causing to die.

Death is the result of this act.

The number one cause of death is life.

So if we go by this thinking, we can conclude that the number one cause of death is landing!

Ida Odinga and baba now chase away Fidel's widow and disinherit her. They say Fidel's estate will be inherited by two mysterious twins who Fidel sired with a mysterious mpango wa kando. And Ida will be the guardian to those 2 mysterious kids and take care of the inheritance millions.

@2012 uko nyuma kama matak0 ya sidika.

Ida is such an evil mother in law. Why disnherit the poor young widow. Ama she refused to be inherited by Raila jnr and keep the millions in the family?

https://www.the-star.co....erty-with-fidels-widow/

Quote:
In the court papers, Ida and Winnie give several reasons the widow should not be allowed to be the administrator of Fidel’s estate.

For the first time, Ida said Fidel had twins with a different woman – a girl and a boy – who are legally also his dependents.

The said woman is named in the court battle as Phoebe Akinyi Ogweno.

“The petitioner has deliberately failed to include and provide or otherwise show the intention of providing for the said minors hence a red flag on her intentions,” Ida said.

However, Bekelle through her lawyers termed her mother-in-law's assertions as a concoction of facts given that the said twins were born six months after Fidel's death.

“In the birth certificates attached to the affidavit in support of the cross-petition, there is no indication of the father of the said minors. The said birth certificates do not thus prove paternity of the minors,” Bekelle said.

She rubbishes Ida’s arguments that Fidel supported the twins yet they had not been born at the time of his death.

Bekelle blasts Ida for contradicting herself by claiming Fidel had other kids yet in the same document, she acknowledges that it is only her son that Fidel had sired during his lifetime.

The widow also claims the Odinga family is not supporting her son and disputes claims he has dropped from school.

The dispute also revealed the multi-billion empire left behind by Raila’s firstborn who died at 41.

Ida and Winnie listed 10 properties and seven bank accounts that they say belonged to Fidel.

The properties include Fidel’s home at Tipuana Park, house number six in Karen, three parcels of land; two in Kisumu and one in Kajiado, 250 shares each in both Axum Investments Limited and Ambesa Investments Limited.

Others are two Range Rovers, KBS 027Y and KCA 026V, a Nissan Sunny KBR 301F and a Mercedes Benz KBG 595B.

Ida and Winnie also listed three accounts at Gulf Bank – two for Kenya shillings and one for US dollars, another one at Diamond Trust Bank, Capital Centre Branch, Standard Charted Bank, Kenyatta Avenue, Stanbic Bank, Chiromo Branch where he ran a credit card.

A seventh account was held at ABC Bank, Industrial Area branch.

However, according to Bekelle, the KBY Range Rover now belongs to one Hossein, Fidel’s business partner who claims the car was sold to him.

The second Range Rover KCA, she says, is registered under a Yunis Muhammed and was purchased by trading off another vehicle.

She claims she personally paid for the balance after Fidel’s death.

Bekelle says the account at Gulf Bank was jointly operated between her and Fidel and has since been closed.

She denies knowledge of the accounts at DTB, ABC and Stanbic.

Bekelle also claims that the Karen home was held under a joint tenancy with herself and Fidel.

“Upon the deceased’s demise, the property automatically reverted to my ownership. It, therefore, does not form part of the deceased’s estate,” Bekelle argues.

How about that for a mother in law. Good thing the girl from the house of mumbi ran away without looking back. They even insulted her at Fidels funeral yet even after the divorce, she attended the funeral out of respect. For those asking about the cause of death, it was a drug overdose. If it would have been any thing else that would have been loudly publicized.

Drug (over)dose was obvious from day 1 of the death. Am very embarrassed on what this Mama is doing.

1. It's common knowledge that politicians use their children as proxies to launder money and property. You find teenagers being registered owners of luxury cars and properties they don't even know they own;

2. Fidel was always high, chasing skirts and fighting matatu touts to make a coin for himself;

3. Those luxury cars and properties in Karen, Kisumu etc are mali ya Baba na Mama. They are just reclaiming what is theirs.
Life is short. Live passionately.

According to the succession law, the widow takes over her dead husband's estate, irrespective of whether the estate includes gifts or laundered cash from the deceased spouse's parents. So Mrs Fidel should take over 100% of Fidel's estate. Just like I said that Mrs Cohen should take over 100% of Cohen's estate. Ida and baba should keep off Fidel's boma.

What if he had nothing registered in his name? We all know he used to operate from his father's handouts so there's a chance he owned nothing.

Seems you are still stuck back in the year of our Lord @2012 AD. The list I posted hapo juu has details of properties registered and thus legally owned by the late drug-zombie Fidel.

I want to add that all widows including Mrs Fidel Odinga and Mrs Sarah Cohen have a right to inherit their husband's properties. Greedy in-laws should keep off and stop tormenting widows including Mrs Fidel and Mrs Cohen. I am very saddened to hear that Ida and Baba want to kick Mrs Fidel Odinga out of her matrimonial home in Karen. I was saddened even more when I saw comments online saying that she is an alien gold digger who should be deported back to Eritrea. Baba should come out and protect this lady and her son Fidel Jnr.

There must be some serious hate for mama to go public with this very insignificant items to be inherited. She must be blaming her for the death of her son by neglecting him or something as nothing else makes sense.
