Surely even where you live your neighbors and larger community would be greatly offended if you were "to share your private life" with a goat i.e. bestiality, or if you kept some huge snake or other animal to be worshiping in your own unique rituals. Therefore your personal freedom to love and worship has boundaries which are dictated by strange humans who are called the society.

I thought this should be simple and straightforward. An proper acceptable relationship has 2 or more consenting mentally stable adults. A goat /animal therefore is ruled out.
You are free to worship or not to if you don’t interfere with others freedom. A Japanese eating a crab πŸ¦€ or a Kenya slaughtering rabbits πŸ‡ looks weird to others but within their boundaries.
Homosexuality is not a crime

If it is not a crime, are you gay?

I’m not but will stand with what’s right. You don’t have to hate on others just because they are different from you Madam.

If being screwed up from behind by your fellow man's **** is good and you enjoy given a hard one piercing your **** why do you hate called homosexual/gay? You should love called what you're!

@Spikes the above is too explicit. This is not good for this site. Kindly amend your post and Wazua lingo. We have terms such as plane, airport, landing etc etc. Unless you are new to this place.

Same thing we keep saying, if this is a 'man' advancing believing in God talking such crap, then what type of gospel is this. Wacha ikae.

You do not know Jesus answered a woman that chakula ya watoto huwa haipewi mbwa? If @AA you were that woman would you have accepted that answer as the gospel?
In another instance Jesus rebukes Peter who happens to be his disciple: β€œGet away from me, Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, not from God’s.”
And various scenarios in the Bible. Now @AA how can you explain that?
John 5:17 But Jesus replied, β€œMy Father is always working, and so am I.”

No, I am not BUT my positions are informed by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which Kenya is a party.

I reproduce it in full, below for your reference:

Quote:

P REAMBLE
Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,

Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

47 Judges of World Human Right Court Declares; No Rights To Homosexual

(STRASBOURG'S FRANCE)

This is the world's most credible and important human right Court::::This judgment implies that:

(1) States are free to reserve marriage only to heterosexuals πŸ‘«

(2) Any law supporting Same sex marriages seek to destroy humanity.

(3) The enactment of laws to punish β›“ homosexual marriage is in order and does not constitute discrimination against persons.

(4) The natural right to marry is anthropologically healthy, valuable, sensible
and responsible between opposite Sex only.

(5) That considering the philosophy's of Natural laws, Common sense, Course of positive Laws, that Nature and indeed spirit nature does not in anyway contemplate homosexual marriage.

Thus, Article 12 πŸ“– of the European Convention on human right supports the claims which is also validated by Article on Human Right Treaties as in the case of 17 of the pact and No 23 of International Covenants on Civil and political Rights.

The 47 judge's held that the concept of Family created between man and woman is Supreme in the development of Human Race to the right order of life, peace, sanity, equality and equity.

To this end, Homosexual marriages should be;
* Rejected by our Spirit, Soul And Body,
* Chased out of our Social Orientation,
* Subtracted From our Constitution's and Laws and
* Should not be in any way be entertained by our respective Social cultures - whether by Religious means or by a constitutional given right by government, groups or nations:

Quote:

PREAMBLE

Judgement Analyzed and Reported By WORKMAN INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHT COMMITTEE

More fiction than fact. The facts:

1. European Court of Human Rights is established under European Convention on Human Rights. Kenya is not party to the European Convention on Human Rights, hence its decisions do not apply in Kenya;

2. The Court has 47 Judges, once from each state but the maximum sitting is by 17 judges;

3. In the case of Schalk and Kopf vs. Austria

,%22itemid%22:[%22001-99605%22]}]schalk and Kopf Vs. Austria

the question was "whether an Austrian homosexual couple has a right to marriage". In other words, whether the right to marriage to a person of one's choice is absolute. The Court said that the right is not absolute, it can be limited. It is up to each country to decide whether to allow homosexual marriage or not. Nothing unusual here since even the right to heterosexual marriage is not absolute.

4. In the present discussion, we are dealing with the question whether two men or women doing their business in private should be considered criminals. My answer is they shouldn't.
Life is short. Live passionately.

4. In the present discussion, we are dealing with the question whether two men or women doing their business in private should be considered criminals. My answer is they shouldn't.

Amen!

So how many gays have you killed?

@Sparkly are you gay?
Why are you so paranoid?

No, I am not BUT my positions are informed by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which Kenya is a party.

I reproduce it in full, below for your reference:
Quote:

PREAMBLE

Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,

Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,

Now, therefore,

The General Assembly proclaims

THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

To this end, Homosexual marriages should be;
* Rejected by our Spirit, Soul And Body,
* Chased out of our Social Orientation,
* Subtracted From our Constitution's and Laws and
* Should not be in any way be entertained by our respective Social cultures - whether by Religious means or by a constitutional given right by government, groups or nations:

Judgement Analyzed and Reported By WORKMAN INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHT COMMITTEE

More fiction than fact. The facts:

1. European Court of Human Rights is established under European Convention on Human Rights. Kenya is not party to the European Convention on Human Rights, hence its decisions do not apply in Kenya;

2. The Court has 47 Judges, once from each state but the maximum sitting is by 17 judges;

The holy book says they must be put to death and their blood will be on their own heads. Period.

the same 'holy' book says:

However, you may purchase male or female slaves from among the foreigners who live among you. You may also purchase the children of such resident foreigners, including those who have been born in your land. You may treat them as your property, passing them on to your children as a permanent inheritance. You may treat your slaves like this, but the people of Israel, your relatives, must never be treated this way. (Leviticus 25:44-46 NLT)

this is what the southern conservative christians were using to defend slavery of your African brethren in the American South. religion is not a ticket to stop using your brain.

more from your 'holy' book which just landed on this part of the world less than 150 years ago

When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property. (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB)

Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ. (Ephesians 6:5 NLT)

Christians who are slaves should give their masters full respect so that the name of God and his teaching will not be shamed. If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer by your efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. (1 Timothy 6:1-2 NLT)

Death sentence was rarely carried out in ancient Israel for some of those funny capital offenses. @Spikes take note.

Walter Kaiser Jr., Peter H. Davids, F. F. Bruce, and Manfred T. Brauch, Hard Sayings of the Bible (Downers Grove: IVP Academic, 1996), p. 162. ISBN 0-8308-1423-X wrote:

There is some question as to whether the death penalty was invariably or even usually implemented in ancient Israel, or whether this was even the intention of the Tanakh (c.f. Numbers 35:31). "It must be noted that the death penalty might also indicate the seriousness of the crime without calling for the actual implementation of it in every case. In fact, there is little evidence that many of these sanctions were ever actually carried out in ancient Israel. Only in the case of premeditated murder was there the added stricture of 'Do not accept a ransom for the life of the murderer who deserves to die' (Num 35:31). . . . Traditional wisdom, both in the Jewish and Christian communities, interpreted this verse in Numbers 35:31 to mean that out of the almost twenty cases calling for capital punishment in the Old Testament, every one of them could have the sanction commuted by an appropriate substitute of money or anything that showed the seriousness of the crime, but in the case of what we today call first-degree murder, there was never to be offered or accepted any substitute or bargaining of any kind: the offender had to pay with his or her life".[29]

We must reject all forms of oppression and prejudice esp in the name of religion. He who does not stand against oppression, prejudice and tyranny supports it.

Since the time of John the Baptist the homosexuals, sorcerers, wizards are put to death spiritually. Remember the battle is spiritual and not physical.
Leviticus 20:27 The Message
β€œA man or woman who is a medium or sorcerer among you must be put to death. You must kill them by stoning. They’re responsible for their own deaths.”
We don't roam door to door eliminating gays. No! We stone them spiritually.

Btw it's not too long ago that religious fanatics were using all manner of justifications to oppress the African and now the gay man. Incidentally their justification and inspiration for mistreating the Africans came from "Holy" Books

First is that Africans were cursed by the "Curse of Canaan/Ham" as below

20 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:
21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.
22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.
23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.
24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.
25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
26 And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
27 God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
– Genesis 9:20–27, King James Version

So because of this "Holy" book a lot of white heaven-bound Christians would have forcibly taken you from your home, put you in chains, put you on a ship to go and be their servant, raped the women, stole your lands and did all manner of injustices. After all the holy book approves!

Africans need to THINK before they regurgitate the non-sense that comes from the mouth of "evangelicals". A mind is a terrible thing to waste

Your problem is that your education has boxed you into not being able to think beyond the Bible and religious text. You have become a proper "Sijui" who does not know where you came from.

You somehow think that a foreign religious text which only landed here 150 years ago through colonialism somehow is the literal truth and forget that for TENS of thousands of years before that our ancestors had their own way of life with themselves as the chosen people.

Critical thinking needs to be introduced as a core subject in the educational curriculum. Not learning by memory and regurgitation. This produces sheep not THINKERS.

Your problem is an overly simplistic understanding of the world which doesn't support intellectual inquiry and thought.

In your world, there are no people like Caster Semenya. Sex is only about pro-creation and the only natural sex is heterosexual sex. Just because you don't have homosexual tendencies or that you have one pair of sexual organs doesn't mean that everyone in the world is built like that. You can easily Google homosexual behavior in animals to know that this happens or be observant enough to notice that even sheep and some dogs display it.

In stead of listening and regurgitating what your pastor keeps repeating to you every Sunday while threatening fire and brimstone to anyone with a different view you should pick up a book and do some studying.

The problem with you call darkness light...No wonder you are inventing new ways of sinning.

Homophobes might be hidden homosexuals.

Let me leave this one here...mlisema there is some holy book interpretationsmile smile smile iko ndani ndani kwa kanisa

Quote:
Investigations into the murder of Catholic priest Michael Kyengo took a dramatic twist yesterday when a prime suspect said he had been in a romantic relationship with the cleric.

The fresh claims by the 25-year-old nursery school trained teacher have sent investigators back to the drawing board, a day after a postmortem examination on the priest, confirmed that he died of stab wounds.

Kyengo’s body was discovered buried in a shallow grave on Wednesday, eight days after the priest was reported missing from his Matungulu home in Machakos County.

Last evening, detectives from the Special Crime Prevention Unit and the DCI homicide unit were yet to make a decision on whether to conduct a second postmortem to confirm claims of the romantic relationship.

β€œJust like in cases where claims of sexual nature are made, we are considering a second round of examination on his body to confirm if there was any intercourse,” a source familiar with the probe said yesterday.

Forensic examination of the suspect’s mobile phone has further reinforced his claims after the police discovered romantic text messages alleged to be between the preacher and the male teacher.

In one of the conversations seen by the Saturday Standard dated October 6, the two referred to each other in romantic terms of β€œHi dear” and β€œhi my love”.
