We are also in real estate others are in import - export, others are in farming, others are traders, some in forex etc. You get money where get it. @MugudaMan is the kind of fellow who imagines everyone should open a butchery just because he has a series of butcheries!!! Woe unto you if you open a hardware!!! You are in the hardware casino and you need to close it ASAP and open a butchery!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

There is and I have seen people making a great living out of it. But it is just not for me and if I ever tried it I would most probably lose a good chuck of money (while those who know what they are doing are still making money. A lot of it!) This is what @MugundaMan never gets and will probably never get!!! He honestly thinks we keep losing money year in year out in the NSE and we keep pumping more in!!?? Surely!!?? Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
