Share price on free fall

The share price movement today suggests investors are selling Equity to buy KCB because of the 1.00 bob interim dividend.
kcb today clocked 39.85 with a volume of 1,440,000 which was the third highest.
Equity managed a volume of just 386,000 at 38.05.
People want to book the 1 Bob dividend.

Seems collusion amongst insiders is rampant. Keeps trending for customers loosing their money.

When cases are few and far in between, it can be understandable, chalked up to human error. However how can one bank have so many complaints every other week?

And its substantial amounts of money disappearing. Reputational risk on this one.

It appears the counter price (dropping) is responding to social media comments. Allegations of money disappearing from customer accounts.

The power of social media cannot be under estimated.

Even Trump knows that.

They either clean/ vet their staff or it will be another monkey.

Still buying more of these share over the last couple of months. Been buying at between 38/= and 40/=. I have almost doubled my holding in the stock. Still remaining with more to buy of the next couple of weeks to hit my record.

I would have preferred 35/= - 36/= but hey, it is not about timing the market. It is about the time in the market. And I really needed to buy a huge chunk to start playing timing games!

Remaining lot hopefully I buy at a lower price. Probably at a higher one given the demand and supply patterns.

I have have bought so much of Equity Bank shares, I feel like I literally own the Bank!!! Not as a shareholder. As the dude who owns this sh!t!!Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

The buying spree almost coming to an end.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Thanks fellow investor.

I now have significant skin (as @vvs would put it) in this stock. It is receiving bad press and for good reason, but I am a veeeery long term investor. The future is bright! @vvs should lend me a pair of sunglasses!! smile smile smile

I have also gone heavy on Kenya Re.
