As per the law, If you co-own an asset as might be implied by Sarah having 50% of home the entire home goes to the remaining partner. Even the Tobs Golf Company was co-owned with cohen as chairman and sarah as CEO.
Co-owned assets do not form part of your estate to will as you wish.
And even if she is convicted of murder, the property should go to their daughter.

If this injustice is not stopped, it will mean that kenyan men will now be free to disinherit their wives and children. The men will be free to label their wives malaya and then write wills leaving all their property to their sisters, brothers, mothers, nephews, "moiruris" and slayqueens while the man's own wife and children are left destitute as chokoras....

Well as long as you can prove you are a dependent, the estate is mandated to take care of you. But your adult kids can't claim a right to your property. You could decide to leave all of it to your maid if you so wish. Once your kids are adults, mambo ni kujitegemea. Sarah can document her contributions to the businesses in order to qualify. If it's proven that she indeed murdered him, the estate could sue her for damages and disinherit her.
