Lappset. As soon as the plans were made, greedy Kenyans went and bought Burotis on the whole proposed railway, pipeline network from Lamu to Ethiopia and South Sudan so as to gain from Government compensation.

More than 18 years after Eric Wainaina told us we are a small minded country, we have not changed one bit. For most of Kenyans the ultimate achievement is to be a landlord.

Eti ultimate achievement is to be a landlord?

The winners of these bettings are normally prepped on what to say. Everything you say has to be about bettering your life and community, they are given 5 points to pick from: 1. 10% to church, 2. ploti, 3. kids school fees, 4. building a house and 5. business.
You'll never hear realities like: to repay a loan, go on holiday etc..

BBI will solve it
:)

Billion-shilling small question to Kusadikika and yourself - people who HATE property. Without your landlord where would you guys be? Laughing out loudly

Real Estate is a LEGIT business that has been with us from the beginning of time. Only a communist would make the bizarre link that just because gava may sometimes be corrupt, real estate is also corrupt by association. That's like saying you hate Nairobi because Kampala is nearby.
