I can say he is both.he can literally get any artisan you want for the jobs that are not his specialization like plumbing painting, electrician.he is Very effient and reliable.hana tamaa.i have walked a long way with him for the last 6 years.no tears

Nice thread. My only advice please do a circular underground tank...it has the least chances of leaking.
Rectangular ones are prone to leaking on the corners
