If anyone here was old enough to understand what was going on politically and financially in Kenya from 1988 to around 1997, then he knows for sure that, that birthday celebration was a waste of time and resources.

I observed all these times, and I question the title of the thread. I doubt if there was anything good, leave alone "better" or "best" about M01 rule! I cannot count how many times I repaired my older car on those pathetic roads before Kifaki came along!
