Hope Haji and his boys are watching. They should land there tomorrow by crack of dawn.

Students should also barricade the road and demand the VCs resignation. If he does not quit they should forcefully remove him from office.

Time to take law into out thin hands.

Even these thieves know that Kenya is the only place where you can get away with theft of public resources. This case will conviniently take years until the whistle blowers disappear or are forgotten together with the case.
Cab you imagine Kidero has not been found guilty of even one count todate!!

Anyway, they should investigate where this crooks are taking this money just in case it ends up in church harambees..

BBI will solve it

Kinoti and Haji will be on this case then unfortunately, Maraga's court will come up with a stupid reason to dump the case "evidence was obtained in the wrong way" etc, then people will start following Spencer and if he doesn't go abroad, he will somehow disappear. Kenya nchi ya majambazi we have seen this script so many times

My prediction is, the good prof will present herself to the DCI, spend a night or two in a posh police cell, appear in court with a lawyer named Clief or somethin, secure bail, start attending court like church initially, then maybe once a month then once every quarter... and the rest is history.

Welcome to Kenya. Again.

Quite a familiar script. Our Judiciary continues to encourage corruption with no end in sight. If any changes to the constitution of this country will not have a radical approach to constitution of the judiciary and the way we handle our cases, then it's as good as useless.

True. Sadly, I cannot think of even one expose that lead to anything including all those from Jicho Pevu which nubbed criminals as clear as day. Hii Kenya ni Mungu tu. Let us seek help from above.

The high septon Maraga and his bandwagon of wakora have to redeem themselves with this one. Evidence is ready and clear. I give him one month to conclude this case. Judges in China conclude such cases in 10 minutes. Judges in United states of America conclude such in 2 days. Hapa KE ni vitimbi na vichekesho tu

If they cannot conclude this one in one month then H.E. Uhuru should fire Chief justice Maraga and order him jailed for not performing his duties.

Something tells me a well-designed whistle-blower protection and incentive framework can bring down corruption significantly.

But this type of corruption is what we all know happens in virtually all govt offices. In fact, i dare say, many people you see seeking govt/ parastatal jobs at high levels (including politicians) are rotten to the core. Aim is to get the job, then look for ways to loot and get rich.

Since these people are very determined to LOOT, it's very hard to eradicate corruption if we will always focus on investigations AFTER the event. If Uhuru wants to kill the dragon of corruption then only way is to treat all govt employees are CORRUPTION SUSPECTS unless proven otherwise.

That way, if as govt you give some finances to a public university or any other body, already you should have assumed that the people working there will be scheming to steal. Then your work should be to work ahead of the curve and ensure they don't steal. Use the Intelligence. However, If we are always going to react AFTER the event, am sorry even in next 100yrs we will not have succeeded

Wizi tupu. Yet, amazingly, these are some of the institutions and gava entities that educated jobless Kenyans are waiting to "create jobs for them!" These institutions and the waizi that run them can do nothing for you, my friends! So create your own jobs, pay your taxes, employ yourselves and take care of your wife and children because in this Kenia if you are waiting for gava and such institutions to solve all your social and economic problems you will be waiting for Godot.
