I need help..Anyone ever heard of Uungani Settlement Scheme? Someone back home is offering to sell 1/2 acre at Uungani..but the land doesnt have a title deed, only a certificate. I have tried searching on the internet and even checked past editions of Daily Nation but couldnt find this uungani land..He says the parcel is already subdivided and its in Syokimau..
Any help will be appreciated.
