I attended a forum where those MCAs you are talking about were being briefed by the party leadership.
Aukot presents a hell scenario. Only the corruption proposal makes sense.

The problem with most of us is we never understand how things work.

Here we go.

Aukot seeks to cap MPs salaries to 300K and president to 500K.
A governor earns 1M, same as ministers. So if president will earn 500K, the deputy may be 400K. CS and governors 300K. How much for MCAs ??
But it gets better, the chief justice can't earn more than the president. So 400K maybe. Then everyone in the judiciary gets a salary review downwards. 50K for a resident magistrate may be ??

Better still, if the C-in-C of KDF is earning 500K, the CGS and his force commanders will have to take a pay cut. And so does everyone in the military.

Repeat the same for the police, in short, total chaos.

And we will no longer be registering as voters. Our IDs are sufficient. And we vote electronically to save money. A semi-literate idiot would ask, does it mean on elections day, one can go to vote in kisumu even if they don't live there ?? Aukot says yes. Pure madness.

1. Cool the political temperatures and repackage Baba as a peacemaker
2. Prepare the country for a refeendum change in order to create a retirement political plan for Raila and Uhuru post 2022.

Forget Kibra, do you know langata went to jubilee because ODM messed the nomination ? Nixon Korir campaigned for himself without mentioning Uhuruto. There are 5 wards in langata. All MCAs are ODM, Rao won the presidential vote. But Korir had camped in the constituency for 5 years after losing in 2013. The ODM mp abandoned the voters but somehow got the nomination certificate.

Amb. Kimani and Paul Mwangi are the joint secretaries of BBI. When Paul mwangi was asked about the new system of government presented by BBI, he laughed because they are yet to compile a report to Uhuru and Rao.

Stop listening to tangatanga propaganda on BBI.

95% of the BBI recommendations (once they are made),will not involve constitutional changes. A few will be fixed through parliament.
1. IEBC reforms
2. Health services commission
3. Position of the leader of opposition.

Interestingly, ruto is keen on number 3. The governor of Lamu was elected with less than 100,000 votes. He gets government security, and all the trappings of power. Primitive you may think but that is how our people are wired.

In 2022, ruto will get atleast 3M votes. It would be unfair to withdraw his official government vehicles and security. Those 3M voters need to feel they are part of Kenya.

Uhuru handshake may have been a ploy and to con up Raila he came with the BBI to find out what Raila want.

Why would you think BBI is the solution? Infact it is the nail to a handshake coffin.

Uhuru may not care who will be President after his term and could throw his weight on any of the Presidential contenders come 2022 April to August

That time he will not need Raila to shut up for him to do his Big 4 that he is rushing now under the quiet baba.

Uhuru just like Moi is using handshake and BBI as a secret weapon to muzzle Raila and his brigade.

Now Kenyans think in actual sense that Uhuru was a better Leader while Raila was a nuisance

After all do you think MaDVD, Melon, Wetabix will ever say Nasa hao tena?

Sad Sad For the doubting Thomases it is now truth Reversed Raila has his regular heavy feet behind the Kibra ball
The worst is the family has vested interests as they put their duaghter forward. That means the Princess cannot lose while the king is alive and is the father.

Now run the clock faster to November and see Kibra return to its owners.

Quit dreaming. Ruto will die of old age without becoming a president of anything. Anyway, Punguza Mzigo is the only thing I seem to agree with tangatanga but hardly is it their initiative and they are doing it just to be on the other side of Raila's table. Not because they love Wanjiku. Nah!
