Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu is back in court Monday morning seeking to vary an order barring him from accessing his offices. Why go back to court, i thought he said he has Executive Powers. They also said The OBITER DICTUM and stories...like the views expressed by Judge MUMBI are not BINDING...and is in law USELESS. Let him set up his office anywhere in Kenya so that he can be made e.g. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

Let him set up his office anywhere in Kenya so that he can be made e.g. Nothing wrong with him requesting to access his kiambu office. The samburu gabana also did the same. Interesting that the samburu gabana is facing same fate with waititi but he his going on with his gabana duties huko samburu and no one is complaining. But when waititi inspects a market he is building everyone starts complaining. As the senior lawyer said, it is only the RATIO DECIDENDI that MUST be obeyed in law. The OBITER DICTUM and other stories are just mucene by an excited judge. Quote:obiter dictum /ˈdɪktəm/
a judge's expression of opinion uttered in court or in a written judgement, but not essential to the decision and therefore not legally binding as a precedent.

If he had read wazua instead of listening to hardwood and the cabal of lawyers, he would have saved himself a few hundred thousands shillings. What I'd like him to do is continue listening to them and test the will of the court. Let him call a cabinet meeting in his home. So that we really test what the word "office" really mean. It would be good for all of us who don't understand lawyer speak. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

The samburu governor is out on the same bail terms with waititu but he has been going on with his official duties. Juzi i saw him (Samburu gov) on TV touring development projects and also distributing 20,000 knives to be used in forthcoming circumcision ceremonies. Why is waititu being treated differently? https://citizentv.co.ke/...ves-circumcision-268704/

Waititu explained that it is a different person with similar name to the guy in the story. The nominated one is a former KNUT official in Kiambu, according to him. Migori gabana Obado is charged with stealing over 2 Billion shillings and slaughtering sharon and baby and he is still in office. https://www.standardmedi...ion-in-three-years-eacc
Samburu gabana is charged with stealing 2 Billion and is going on with his normal duties. https://www.the-star.co....er-sh2bn-frozen-assets/
Waititu on the other hand is being treated like a devil after borrowing 24 million from a contractor friend. Why the double standards?

True, that Gicharu is a former KNUT official. Why does that MKU guy think he owns the copyright to the Gicharu name? Why all this vendetta against H.E. Governor Ferdinand Waititu Babayao?

Many have declined in the past including some nominated by Ohuru, Kibaki, Trump etc.
