Sport betting business

Hi guys.I am interested in starting a sport betting website like sportpesa.I need know how much the licences cost.Do I need to deposit a certain amount with the regulator?
I am still on the idea evaluation phase so any input would be highly appreciated.

Here is my input:

Consider the morality of making money on gambling. What they don't tell you is that in these 'addiction' businesses, the lions share of profits come from hopeless addicts who spend their life savings on stupid bets. Currently the betting outfits that have cropped up are owned by European investors who don't mind milking Africans dry for profits as usual. But you as a Kenyan have to ask yourself whether you are OK doing the same to your fellow African brother

Of course, I agree with you, because major part of gamblers simply waste money because they don't analyze the current events. For example, I've been researching the sport sphere (especially football) before my first bet, that was successful, because I knew, that the main player of opposite team had an injury that will prevent him to play well. So I made a bet at this trusted sports betting site https://resortbet.com/sportsbook and simply waited for the match outcome and, as a result I was right and won my first $ 100 :)

What was your "investment",i,e how much was placed on the bet?
