bad news for employees.so what is now the selling point for staff retention.it will be bad news if you unexpectedly lose job after working for 20 yrs and you still have another 15 years to access your money.

the deleted provision gave a safety net in case of such occasions as you look for other jobs /hustle.

now that rotich has lost his job .he will have to wait till 60years to access his pension.let him enjoy the fruits of his decision

hope he has stashed afew billions from the dams and Eurobonds loot to keep him waiting
