I cannot be sure in this moment that an investment plan with this company would be an good option, especially on a long run. Restating balance figures on down side due to fair value adjustments means that their investments in property are actually losing money

Actually the debt has now increased due to commercial lending rate
COOP 306,100 ABP 31.96, KEGN 112,100 ABP 10.64, MTNU 131,000 ABP 10.21
