Yes it has a court case. And I saw the Caveat by Kanyotu's family administrators. Kangatia Estate...is owned by the late Kanyotu: Out of the 5000 shares... He owns 4995....
Run away from this land very fast.

@propertyzote thanks for clarifying. @Euge i received that mail of mwangi via wazua googlegroups and even deleted it but after seeing that caveat in the paper i saw urgency ya kufahamisha wazuans.
