the problem with the debate is the difficulty in telling who is lying more or spreading more fear, the yes or the no team?

You may wish to escape that ....but its the reality ....reject the draft ....we continue with the current bad constitution .....otherwise show me the option.... and dont tell me that the we shall go back to parliament and MPS agree ammendments then by December we have another referendum ...that is a blatant lie ....an insult to Kenyans intelligence.....since ..

1 No budgetary allocation for such exercise

2.MPs won't agree....they tried it and failed.

Just in case you have forgotten:

3.The term of the Interim independent electoral commission ends in December 2010..who will conduct the referendum?

Its just a matter of take it ...(the draft constitution) NOW or forget about it in your lifetime....and continue whining....of bad leadership

Seeders ....a firm Yes....and remember here Im talking of governance...resources have concentrated in some pockets of the country...the Draft seeks to distribute the resources evenly .throughout the country by allocating 15% of the government revenue to the grassroots..we have a God given chance to correct bad governance Now...
But God gives choices ....to human beings ....sometimes human beings choose the road to destruction ..... this happened since the beggining ...when Adam chose to disobey God...

Yes you move on
No ukae vile vile

It is that simple. If you think you are doing very well where you are, you vote No. If you know things are elephant, you vote yes..

Notice that in life, it is hard to start a journey, but you must start it.

fundaah - i have no problem in how you vote because quite frankly, that is up to every adult to decide. the problem is the unfounded statements or fear mongering being bandied around. an honest question - would i be correct to assume that you are over 24 years?

Yes and I have been around for quite sometime to tell what a bad constitution can do....create hopelessness...helplessness and all those negative things ...I also know its not easy to reach the peoint we have reached trying to get a new constitution ......a whole generation has been lost through bad governce and hopelessness....knowing that you will finish your education and depend on luck to get an opportunity to exploit your talent....through concentration of resources in few areas of the country .....nepotism ...tribalism and political sycophancy... since the fight for new constitution started ...for your information ...
Im I causing fear when I say that we started fighting for new constitution in the 1980s ....and now its 2010?

were you around during Matiba ....Shikuku .... rubia ...masinde...

Why do you think the surviving guys of the infamous torture chambers ...(except Koigi of the State house night Ugali eating fame).....are endorsing the Draft ....they gave their lifes fighting bad governance....

next question?

Even if I was the last man standing, I'd vote NO. I also voted NO in the last refurendum because of my personal convictions. I am sure the rejection of the draft will give Kenya a better opportunity to decide the kind of Constitution they want rather than being forced down our throughts. Bomb us, call us names, and if you like, dismiss us. but the No will carry the day

Jisomee,Jiamulie na Jichagulie has never been so apt!
