Is the right issue a must?

Its not a must but when as a company you call an EGM in August 2017 and pass a resolution to restructure loans to equity and conduct a rights issue.. The most honorable thing to do is to implement the approval in full

KES 12 is the operative figure.. All trades thus far since 2017 restructuring have been by disillusioned elderly traders who don’t have a clue about what’s happening to their holding
