If elections were called today, 50% of the villagers in Nyeri would vote for ruto. They are yet to recover from the ruthless propaganda that taught them rao was our enemy and ruto is the one helping us fight him. They all accept he is crooked and Uhuru has messed the economy but Rao remains the enemy.

Inooro tv has a face-off show where tangatanga and kieleweke MPs engage every week. Now that the propaganda machinery was turned off, this program is the only source of direction for those who believed the 2017 propaganda and are now lost. Nobody has told them whether they should stop hating Rao and start disliking ruto. At the moment, it seems 50/50.

My take is if Rao is on the ballot, ruto will have not less than 30% of votes in central even before campaigning.

Disclaimer : These are Nyeri voters, and they may not represent the rest of mt. Kenya region. Nyeri has the most stubborn voters this country has ever produced. It's no use buying any of their MPs, the voters will be firing all of them in 2022.

Only Uhuru can disabuse the house of this lie. Indeed if Uhuru was serious about handshake, he should by now have gone around all Mt. Kenya counties(including Githurai) with RAO telling the people to view Raila as a human being who cannot harm them if he took power. The Kieleweke team should be preaching the same other than gallivanting around shaking ass on podiums spreading more hate and division.

UMK's political clout in Central only applies when he is campaigning for himself. He should let both WSR and RAO wajitafutie.

RAO should not rely on the likes of Maina Kamanda, Mumbi Ngaru etc for votes as their days are numbered.

What is the primary source of the citizen's information ?
When that information is given in bits and some is withheld, when others are misquoted, or when unverified information is spread around as news even when others are blacked out from the news, then the media can be blamed.

WSR is going to be the next president whether middle class likes it or not.The strategy of donating money to churches is working tremendously.Being with the church and supporting the church has humanised him and made him more likeable. There is no worthy challenger and he has stolen enough resources to run a crazy campaign. He only needs a deputy like Moses Kuria and by 6 A.M the man will be elected the next president.

What about those who earn 1m salary per month but donate 5m to churches every weekend? When will EACC seize their properties? The law should apply to all.

But salary is not the only source of income. The big question is what are the other sources of income?
The church though has failed and has no moral authority to question the corrupt as they are beneficiaries to these monies.

Why are you pretending you do not know something they do: media propaganda which influence the masses? Some people can think for themselves, but majority of the masses do not, they wait to be told, and the media know this.

The media have their business, just as the citizens have their responsibility. If the citizens are not able to think for themselves then fact is they should forget about their freedom and attainment of their individual purpose.

The primary source of a citizen's information is intuition. Intuition can be accessed by maintaining personal discipline and regulating personal interaction to a status akin to the tradition of ancient orality.

The media are powerless if the citizens are vigilant.

Wolololo.....

https://www.the-star.co....ithout-uhuru-ruto-told/

Quote:
MPs against Deputy President Willam Ruto’s 2022 bid have asked him not to set foot in Kiambu county unless he is accompanied by his boss Uhuru Kenyatta.

The team famed as “Kieleweke” further called for the DP to quit his job if he cannot stop the 2022 presidential election campaigns.

In a statement packed with political undertones, the lawmakers criticized the DP as sneaking in Uhuru’s backyard instead of being bold enough to ask for his boss’ blessings.

"You are not welcome in this county unless you are accompanied by Uhuru,” said former MP George Nyanja.

The former MP asked: “How can someone go to another person’s home without his knowledge?"

He took a swipe at the DP who has been crisscrossing the country for church fundraisers asking him to prove his seriousness to work of God by rebuilding churches that were destroyed during the 2007 post-election violence.

"Kiambaa church was burnt during the post-election violence. People died inside and others were left with permanent scars, let the DP build that if he is honest about his church fundraisers," he said.

There're lots of people who have made strides in life, even from humbler backgrounds, but few find the need to remind everyone about it.
And it's neither criminal nor immoral to be born into wealth.
Is it guilt or insecurity or both eating the "hustler"?

Surely. Anyway I think it's a great thing to have the state campaign for you and alter perception to your favor.

I wish the prosecution all success.

those two will form a coalition and bring on board Mutua, Omar Hassan, Wamalwa and some powerful Kiuk.

Then UK ataseme Tosha!

I could be wrong.

@harrydre your prophesy might turn out correct... Not that I support this dynasty scheme, but it looks like they will still play the tribal game...

We hardly share political opinions with @harrydre but on this one I agree 100%.

Whenever one looks at the field for an alternative to the Armageddon that would be a ruto presidency, Madvd comes top as the safest pair of hands.

But I am convinced ukambani will play a critical role. So far they have locked out ruto completely from their 2M-plus vote bloc. He doesn't have a single foot soldier there.

If only the three ukambani sons would sit down and agree amongst themselves.

A Madvd/Kibwana ticket would make me hit the campaign trail once again.
