AGM on 14 June
@Obiero and @the deal to celebrate when it trades at 3.5 bob Xd/Xb.
But that's still the same as 14.45 cd/cb so the portfolio value remains the same.
KES 3.5 is optimistic
I wish.
Passi paribus - if it were to drop further to say 2.50 then I would be buying many more though the risk of political interference is one to worry about.
KES 2.8 will print.. I'm a buyer at KES 2 or less
Pardon me @Obiero but isn't this you the other day?
12 Consecutive years of issuing dividends
Meager dividends on the back of a 2019 profit warning.. Anything above KES 2.80 puts me off
All your predictions on the counter none has materialised
If @Obiero predicts it will rain on a heavily cloudy day in the middle of April, you had better return your umbrella back to the house!!! It's gonna be one hell of a sunny day!!!
You don’t know the exact state of decay with the skeletons here.. I put it to you that the bonus issue was a fraud on the retained earning position and is part reason why the dethroned MD fought so hard for reinstatement. Remember what I said about Rubis. Thank me later

Hii ni porojo. You are putting link of a past ex CEO case which started during narc days.
Retained earnings position is clearly stated in the annual report including what comprises gain on revaluations.
Any asset disposals in the course of any financial year are stated.
The board was told to come to an agreement with the MD for an exit package. The chairman wasn't able to come up with a tangible offer. He was fighting a lone war since he didn't have support of the majority shareholder, the MD won and got his job back.
