I have a 1/4 acre for sale in katani(opposite Shangilia). The plot is next to the recently tarmacked Katani road. Ready title. Asking price is 6M slightly negotiable

1/8 is going for 1.5Max so 1/4 should yield 3M.Maybe 4M for being on the road.

6m is the going price for 1/4 acre land in the neighborhood. It is about 7km from Mombasa road along the recently tarmacked Syokimau-Katani Road. By the way 1/4 acre plot in Syokimau along the Syokimau-Katani Road is going for 8m-12m

Hi . Can you share Coordinates please?
I'd be keen to know exact location.. as I see Safaricom is also selling same area for 1.9M for 1/8th. not too far from where Katani Rd joins Quarry-Mlolongo Rd.

Last two offers in similar locations were between 1.5-1.9M for 1/8th. Which is about 4M for a 1/4.
