Bad debt is unmanageable (company will have difficulties repaying it) and with zero returns in future. Zero return in present

I also do not average up or down. I am a fundamental/qualitative investor. I only look at the CURRENT price juxtaposed with fundamentals but also factor in "trust" in the Management/Board. I try to follow Warren Buffett's lessons. My approach does not always work out e.g. ARM but overall it works well in the long-term. Greedy when others are fearful. My TPSEA dividend has already been earmarked for a weekend at a Serena property. Unfortunately, I will be out of pocket for the flight given the only NSE-listed airline doesn't believe in paying dividends to shareholders. Well, it would help if I was a shareholder.
