Nope!!! The guy already was in that territory long before he went to jail.
With ARVs HIV+ people life expectancy is the same as the rest of the population. Sonko is no Idiot after managing to fool so many people for many years to vote for Him (MP -> Senator -> Governor)...methinks we are the idiots.

Firstly, I think this health report is malicious and wrong. It is a case of finding evidence illegally. The idea here is to smear Sonko's character for the sake of votes. While we may be so concerned about who is governor, we must also recall that he is a human and we ought not take advantage of an injustice to pursue an end.

Court proceedings are public record. You can also peruse his file at the registry at a small fee.

Interesting how the sheep have come out to defend their "dear leader". That there is no way their impeccable leader can contract an STD. That the court records and medical reports are fake. That this is the work of his political enemies. Now with this kind of mindset, one can understand why the country is in the mess it is in. It's because wanjiku cant use her/his head.

It's true that some court documents are public records and can be accessed at a fee, but does that mean there is no ethics on how to use them? Have these ethical guidelines been used in this case?
