Sometimes they are really doing way too much for their job here, lot of people simply couldn't be shot anyway at all. So I hope you do realise that. IT's something out of my mind to understand, I have seen so much violence from police lately that it's disturbing.

I'm trying to reduce the amount of time it takes me to understand the motives of the people around me. As per last week I discovered that it's been taking me like a year to six months of not being with a person for me to start deciphering motive.

The worse thing about human relationships is the prevalence of 'gas lighting'. It comes unconsciously and instinctively and is often a great barrier to any meaningful dialogue.

Very sad situation, unfortunately this is happening in many households in particular central Kenya,where the wife is leaving a separate life to that of the husband.It comes too late for the husband when so called wife is abroad with the children and all the title deeds.left alone to die a slow death.
