Why would a man want to eat a fellow man instead of eating "fish"? Even in the wild male beasts eat female beasts coz that is how the good Lord created nature. Man should never sink to a level lower than beasts.

Wendz, by switcing those 2 statements, it means that the proposed constitution has not expressly stated that one is not allowed to marry a person of the same sex. Believe me, a few years down the line, there will be a case in court arguing that gay marriage is constitutional (and how right they will be) KURA LAKINI BADO NI YES!


The right has been given but the constitution does not force anyone to exercise that right, however, denying a person that right violates the constitution, kindly note therefore that not exercising the said right has not been explicitly outlawed.... not exercising that right takes the forms of celibacy, transgender marriage, intersex marriage, polygamy/polyandry, etc.... in most African cultures barren women have been marrying fellow women.... it is Abrahamic religions that have a different view

High Court cannot amend laws, only parliament can. The petitioners chose the wrong forum. They should lobby parliament to repeal s 162.

A lawyer friend was explaining to me that this court case is too much noise over nothing.

Apparently, the words "sex against the order of nature" would include oral sex as well.

Secondly, it's a crime almost impossible to prove in court. There was a judge who had ordered suspects to be medically examined to determine whether they had engaged in gay sex.

It's the same judge who had acquitted a guy who had defiled a 13-year old because, she seemed to have enjoyed the sex.

Both his outrageous rulings were overturned by the appeal court.
