What we now need are more prisons. Some of the buildings now being demolished should be partly reserved as holding cells for all the economic crimes convicts to serve as a reminder to others what would await them.
Me thinks we need some serious jails in far flung areas like Garissa and Mandera for economic crimes.Mtu akipelekwa huko for 3 years they will never be the same again.
And we must have a time limit for concluding the cases.
We also need to clearly show that this & that building, house, apartments, property etc was owned by Ann but acquired fraudulently but now repossessed by state. Plus the end results.
