It's not that easy after they have frozen your assets and your bank accounts as recovery of stolen assets. You also have to explain where the bond has come from or where your surity friend's money or assets were acquired. One thief cannot therefore bail out another.

Just image how a hard working kenyan is struggling to service a 20yr mortgage for a 12m apartment hapo kileleshwa. Then these thieves are stealing billions of tax payers money. The authorities have to jail these thieves or else kenyans may take the law into their hands and start conducting public lynchings.
