Recovering money from Japan car exporters

Hi member,
Please let me know if you can help me recover money from a japanese car exporter who has been giving me stories since February this year.
I paid the agreed amount and then he did not ship the car neither did he send the documents.

Hi. I had checked the post related to this topic and it seems that you cannot post new comments on that one.
The exporter is called 41 Export Inc and is owned by Akihiro Kainuma. He has been taking me round and round since February and I have already remitted all his money.
He also sent me fake B/L and Jevic cert on email and I confirmed this with Jevic.
Kindly let me know how to tackle this issue.
