A drop in dividend is a red-flag already. They have not uploaded previous annual financial reports on their website like it happens with its competitors.

It has dropped before from 9-7, so I wouldn't be worried just by that

Do they ever think about closing the books? Then maybe come up with a share trading platform.

Did they account for shareholders funds in the results? I saw deposits but not shareholding
