Sad Sad Sad RIP to the son.

But there a twist going round that the shooting was not accidental.Muchene from an alleged neighbour has it that the young Nyakundi was caught red handed Landing on his step mum.(Nyakundi Snrs wife). She claims to have witnessed the shooting with her own two eyes.

Anybody with information?

The lady alleging that it was a "landing incident" is writing from a fake account. She normally reports in all trending post with unconfirmed allegations.
She is an asshole.

Did prominent city lawyer Assa Nyakundi kill his son in cold blood, or was it a tragic accident? Those were the questions detectives were grappling with on Monday as it emerged that the gun fired at least two rounds from the lawyer’s white Toyota Axio.

His statement to the police indicated that he shot his son, Joseph, who was seated at the back seat of the car, accidentally as he holstered his revolver.

SON BLEEDING

The two, Mr Nyakundi said, were approaching home from church around 1pm on Sunday when the accident happened.

Police are also investigating how Mr Nyakundi drove all the way to a hospital in the Parklands neighbourhood with his son bleeding to death in the back seat, before driving back to Muthaiga Police Station to report the incident.

Neighbours and security guards at Parkside Estate on Monday said they did not hear gunshots within the vicinity of the otherwise quiet neighbourhood, off Kiambu Road.
Mr Nyakundi said the accident had happened near the Judiciary Training Institute. A Facebook believed to have been posted by his second-born son indicated that Joseph had been murdered in cold blood. The post has since been pulled down.

“Goodbye my one and only brother,” the post on Mr Onsomu Nyakundi’s Facebook page read, before an eerie summary: “Brutal, cold-blooded murder.”

Sources told the Nation last evening that Mr Nyakundi will be arraigned on Tuesday, but detectives will ask for more time to conclude their investigations.

Part of the investigation will focus on why the Toyota Axio Joseph is said to have died in had two bullet holes at the back seat.

LICENSED FIREARM

A ballistics expert at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) told the Nation that the holes were far apart, which raises questions regarding how the gun discharged.

I am telling you hell is being born in one of these christian Kisii families. They look perfect from outside, church going, financially well of, smiling, very secretive. Huko ndani women and children are being stressed are emotionally abused and dying from depression. They cannot talk to anyone because their parents have made it look like they have the perfect world.

Seriously how do you kill your own son? Your own flesh and blood. Imagine you picked him from the maternity ward as a one day old bundle of joy and raised him mpaka 29yrs. Then you shoot him point blank in the chest? Even a hyena never eats its offspring. If this guy actually killed his son he should be taken to the maasai Mara and thrown to the hyenas so that they can teach him about parenting. That is to disembowel him and teach him a lesson.

I can assure you that the people you hate the most are the people closest to you including members of your own family. Love is like hate, you cannot truly hate people you don't know. So it is very possible to hate your own children. Most people would not admit it but that does not mean they don't feel it. This hate can be very intense where the child does not measure up to the parents standards, the most extreme being religious extremists. If you see a parent who is very conscious about his image in society..... that is the kind of parent who can kill his own children if they embarass him.

Nope THey only kill offspring from other males to ensure that all offspring have their genes. So in this case could the offspring not have been his son, ie an illegimate son? Coz even animals never kill their own flesh and blood.

Angelica in the world of hyenas the female dominates. They are bigger and even have a pseudo penis. It's the females that eat the weaker offsprings. The female also has 2 nipples which is too little to suckle the litter. The weak ones become a snack for the mother.

Also in the hyena society, especially the spotted hyenas, the males are at the bottom of the food chain.

@Hardwood Hyena zinakula watoto. Maybe you give another example!

Doesn't the charge of manslaughter suggest a degree of innocence yet commentaries on gathered evidence "indicate deliberate shooting?"
