Sis Miu Nduhiu We are in way worse situation. I landed my car in a ditch on Wednesday avoiding to hit a tuktuk and paid a 5k bond to go to court tomorrow charged with driving without due care and attention. I did not hit the tuktuk neither did he stop so its just me and my car....first they tow the car to the police, hold it for 3days until the insurance guys intervened and so it was released, today I get a call not to go to court tomorrow (I will still go anyway). But what I have gone through I am still dazed. And am not letting go till I get my cashbail back. Kenya is rotting pretty fast!

any comments or experiences on the above?

Yes.Slightly different though.

Paid cash bail to avoid wasting time. Was given that bond to appear in court.Alas when I got home I discovered the date for the court was a saturday.Sent a lawyer and no such records were found at Juja PS.

My advise:-wachana na hao polisi. We do not want to hear of a jambazi sugu who has been gunned down.Or a person disappearing without trace.
Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

The APs on the road are still asking for first aid box from private cars. One of them asked me for how long i've had the car after i told him that is a requirement for PSV. Eventually he advised me to be on the MCA ballot next time. I think he wants me to get a big car Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
I care!
