Hubris
/ˈhjuːbrɪs/ noun excessive pride or self-confidence.
One year ago, team taka-taka descended on a village called Muruguru in Nyeri. All Nyeri MPs, Senator and Women rep were present. Except Nyeri town mp Ngunjiri Wambugu who was considered a renegade at the time. All speakers rose to criticize the rebel MP. Kipchumba Murkomen had the audacity to introduce a local who works at Ruto's office as the next MP for Nyeri town.
Yesterday, the Gachagua family was holding a memorial for the late governor and had invited Ruto. None of the Nyeri politicians attended. To imagine that the thug called Rigathi dreams of becoming the next Nyeri governor.
We still have 42 months to go before next election.

These empty Italian dams will drown Ruto. If they want him out then the dams is the way to go, forget sijui Weston, maize scandals and church harambees. The thorn about the dams is that they were to benefit his people. BBI will solve it :)

The thorn about the dams is that they were to benefit his people. This is too much now!

Is this an issue between the DP or is it an issue with gachagua family and the some nyeri politicians? The DP cannot fail to attend a function because of a local feud. Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

Dude was running Nyeri county when the brother was sick. You couldn't get a tender at the county without giving him a cut. He is damaged goods. He almost lost the Mathira seat to a 75-year old grandma. Now he is Ruto's pointman in Nyeri. Works fine for me knowing WSR wont get more than 10,000 votes in Nyeri. 2. Politicians have discovered Ruto is too toxic to be associated with. Susan Kihika's husband is staring at bankruptcy owing to his close association to the DP and consequent corrupt dealings. Have you heard the towels and tiles in the dams scandal were being delivered to his home and hotel at the coast ?

Though i would start by laughing out very loudly because of the last reply. But let me start with Mr FRM , I see you never tire in spreading your own cooked conspiracy theories. You have started another season very early. During the last season many of us persuaded you not to waste your strengths on a loosers. Now I am back again asking you to change tact. The longer this season will last the deeper the misery when our man is declared king. Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

Sad.....the looting is too much. https://www.standardmedi...w-sh4-billion-was-taken
Quote:Corrupt Government officials could have pocketed Sh4 billion out of the Sh6.3 billion that was paid upfront to an Italian contractor, detectives have said.
The Sh6.3 billion - 10 per cent of the total cost for the two dams - was wired by Treasury to Milan in Italy in 2017.
However, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) says Sh4 billion was re-routed to a bank in London and soon after to another bank in Nairobi.
Once in Nairobi, the money was withdrawn in US dollars from a bank in Westlands, Mr Kinoti said.
Kinoti claimed the Sh4 billion “is in people’s houses.”
“The Italian contractors say they don’t have money because it was taken away. They can’t explain, yet we are servicing a loan as a country. This is sad and merciless,” he said.
Some of the directors of the 107 companies appeared before the DCI yesterday and explained that they delivered materials to various construction sites in Eldoret and its environs.
“Some say they delivered the materials to construction sites that are believed to be private, yet they were to take the same to the site of the dams,” said an officer in the investigating team.

You mean it is wrong for government to shift a dam from one location to another. Dam iko but in a different location. It will be used for watering flowers I work so I can afford the amount of alcohol required to continue going to work
