The week that we will know if we can still invest more in Barclays Kenya

Will Barclays announce its FY results this week?
How the result comes will determine if Kenyans are ready for it or never

Given that majority of firms under Indian ownership or patronage are either going down the drain or are too corrupt and shallow in CSR, and engage in illegalities like damaging environment, healthy issues of their products and offering substandard employee packages we hope Kenyans will start making choices.

the problem with kenyans when it comes to investment and company ownership is short term thinking and corruption.Most companies once the founder/owner dies that's it

Barclays is rebranding to ABSA.The challenge for them is to identify parameters that will enhance growth.

Why do you think is the reason you are not paid a package equivalent to your Indian or European colleague if not racism. Do not bury your head in sand and say haidhuru!!!

BBK should consider making an acquistion of a small player that is very strong in the SME sector to fuel it's next phase of growth.

That's precisely what some of us did many years ago. I believe that if our society had embraced meritocracy in the 60's, by now we would be at par with the Asian tigers, even without the massive aid extended to some of them by the US.

I don't follow your flow, from Barclays results to problems with India Companies to your assumption that I am employed and what I earn because of my race compared to other races.
