Before you use the money check a place called Kamulu. I see 1/8 going for 80k so you can buy 2. Alternatively go a place called pipeline, Kiserian (3km from tarmac)with a friend an acre is like 400k.The area will definately open up.

go to ruai or mkiki, can get plots ranging from 150k
