So, can someone in accounts here please explain how these companies like Ukwala, Mastermind, Nakumatt, Zuku, Keroche, Mumias, banks etc ended up owing KRA billions of Shillings? How did KRA fail to arrest the situation and allowing it to get here? Or is most of the money owed due to accumulation of penalties over time? How comes no one gets prosecuted?
