It may be too early but am ready to call this: 2010 Fifa World Cup Winners - Argentina. Forget technical coaching just put the god of football on the touchlines and let him cheer you on like crazy.

Diego loves this game, He was a genius as a player, He is a god in Argentina and I get the feeling that when he is on the touchline screaming and cheering the whole Argentina team are on something more potent than anything one can smoke. There are like 10 strikers on that pitch swarming around like bees.

The word is used more when talking about religion but I think this team is inspired. More important than that they remind us what its all about: THIS IS THE BEAUTIFUL GAME!!!!!!! You can see the love of the game in their moves and the sweet joy of victory!!

VIVA ARGENTINA!!!!!!!!!

Its over for England..the thing is even IF they somehow manage to beat Germany their next match would be against Argentina. Ghana on the other side have a very good chance of advancing to the quarters or better yet the semis, if they win against USA they'll face either Uruguay or Korea Rep.

On other news the French President has scheduled a meeting with Henry for an explanation of what really happened to the French team at the World cup.

That defeat was a blessing in disguise for the Black Stars. Ghana have been handed a clean path to the Semis

@Mcreggae,
England's game was sheer crap. You need to see John Terrible heading a ball while lying flat on the ground....so disgusting but again, the Kaisers will run those idiots out of town.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

The beauty with these sort of tournaments is that the teams which seemingly struggle at group stages are the ones which cause upsets at the later stages. The converse is also very true.

Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

I love this world cup....the last world cup finalists leave at group stages, and they are the last in their groups.

I had put my money on a Italy vs Samba final....but the way things are going I am not predicting anything any more
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

For the first time in history of world cup, both defending champions and runners-up has been eliminated at group stages and they also are the last in their respective groups.

The same fate might befall Spain today, a draw or loss to Chile coupled with a likely Swiis victory over Honduras will see those guys packing.

Personally I would prefer if Spain tops the group and avoids a meeting with Brazil (I'm assuming they'll top their group) since that will be like an early final and can go either way.

My money is still on the samba boys. As much as I've respected the U resilience, I hope Ghana can get their act together and be able to finish in front of goal otherwise watafinywa na US.

Ivory Coast have only themselves to blame for the position they're in after looking for a draw against Portugal when they could have won the match! There's no way they're going to beat N. Korea 7-0
BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!
