This is the main problem with this Haji showbiz business. In these fraud cases, however many people you have, you can still pick and charge 3-7 people,where you present strong evidence against them and convict. This will help deter future collusion.

justice maraga's reasoning in that statement weird. so if you charged the 30 accused separately and end up with 30 different cases the cases shall be concluded early? wont it even take longer as the same prosecution witnesses would have to attend court and testify at least thirty times instead of once?

If all the 30 are thieves why should some walk away? Is that the way to combat corruption?
Maraga should invent a way of tackling situations where the accused in one case are 30.

Is he the custodian of prisons? What is the difference of arresting people on Monday and Friday to the court? Those people will still show up to a judge irregardless right? What a retarded way of thinking?

Seriously the CJ failed flat on this one.....its your court dammitt!!!! innovate and come up with ways of solving the situation where the conspirators are 100. We are not responsible for helping the CJ to think out of the box
And he should stop listening to bloggers vloggers and commentators on national tv, all these points have been discussed on TV shows.

The graft war is too big for Maraga and this judiciary and i agree with Muchr. Time to bring in commonwealth judges to deal with corruption cases
