congratulate the current and recent crop

It seems we have no excuse for not building great lives and a great country, since the law of the land protects and backs traditional knowledge and cultural expression.

I'm delighted, and surprised by the laws enacted in the last two years regarding traditional knowledge and science - Protection of traditional knowledge and cultural expression act 2016, and the health act 2017.

Considering the extensiveness of the traditional knowledge depository, and the accessibility available, we have no excuse for not being excellent in science, philosophy, arts and culture...

This is one thing I can congratulate the current and recent crop of leadership for doing.
