Torn btwn the stoko exsheji n plots in thika town. Please pick 4me 3 stocks that u think will outdo the plots by april nxt year. Pliz guys....can only thnk of ekuete in which i already hold a huge chunk... Kip in mind the likely effect of the xpanded thika highway on thika plots.

Sasa hako ka frot ka Thika kataleta return gani in 3 yrs? My take is that the financials might outdo the frot. NIC,KCB and ekuete. I'm still not convinced about Access but it is one to watch. Mumias might surprise all.

They are to spend over Kshs 35B on mortgage in an upcoming investement in Southern Sudan. Apparrently KCB through it's subsidiary S & L have made an agreement with the govt of Southern Sudan to construct housing units for it's civil servants.....KCB seem to have a wider strategy to increase their earnings!!!!
