You know, words are power. Just try this out. Choose one word that you feel is holding you back and give it up with its association/associated meaning and see your life starting to change. It's much better than making new year resolutions. Happy 2019 y'all!

"Yes" I'm replacing it with, "I will", "I did" etc. This gives me time to think first before I commit with a quick yes then regret later as I always do.
