I have read them. Some people are suggesting that this is just sinema and that the suspects are the contractors. Others are wondering why "these people" are missing from the list.

All in all, you have to give it to Alfred Mutua for the way /style he carries out his duties and his zero-tolerance to pilferage and wrong doing. Is it a Kamba thing coz Sonko also has the same characteristics?
