GoK should start using quick demolition technologies or just dynamite the buildings then move the debris quick

This is not really about capital. It seems the only way we can call the lords of impunity to account is when we are forced by foreigners or by a disaster. Otherwise the level to which our institutions have been compromised is too high. Thus it is taking US/UN intervention to address the Gigiri Hotel issue. Just as it took the Americans to bring the Akashas to book. Many others will take enough people dying in order to get action from our government. I always laugh silently when I hear people spout those 'we are a sovereign nation' platitudes.
