Yep I have. Not worried about this. Btw it’s better to read the full downgrade from GCR vs blogs as they have overly dramatic overtures.

GCR says that once projects come online, the review may improve as the company is new and they don’t have anything to compare.


Also, TAALERI has commuted to buy options of upto 20% of the company so that may mean dilution for us the existing shareholders but a reduction in debt to equity temporarily. We will get to fend our positions and not get diluted at the IPO in the LSE and NSE
