Lets look at this offer objectively...If you browse actively using the safcon line you can spend 5 bob within an hour, and 8 bob the whole day looks fairly cheap. Initially opera mini users were being charged Ksh8 per Mb, and now 10mb for Ksh8, thats cheap whichever angle you look at it. Secondly the speed is good compared to Yu which is sluggish and hikes stress levels very often. Third its virtually impossible to use 10mbs with opera unless one is very idle. Its a good deal.
