safaricom is just the best in facing its challenges. After realizing that Yu was winning the data front on mobile phones they unleash the crippling blow. 10mb at 8 bob is the better option. Whats your take?

Its useless. What does safaricom take use for. I wish it was unlimited for the whold day. Then my modem will be red hot now. And mo so this offer isnt workin ??????- Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep !

The text they (safaricom) sent me, gave no limits. It said 'unlimited' for 8 sh daily. Will be testing the offer today. Hope they true to their word.

Its not all beneficial since the offer only applies to cell phone. What bout modems? this is the only place once can really reap the benefits .. downloading movies, research and all

Safaricom are just BIG liars. And it seems people ar falling head fast for their lies. What they are cheating as unlimited internet is actually capped at 10 Mb for every everytime you subscribe. Lets look at this offer objectively...If you browse actively using the safcon line you can spend 5 bob within an hour, and 8 bob the whole day looks fairly cheap. Initially opera mini users were being charged Ksh8 per Mb, and now 10mb for Ksh8, thats cheap whichever angle you look at it. Secondly the speed is good compared to Yu which is sluggish and hikes stress levels very often. Third its virtually impossible to use 10mbs with opera unless one is very idle. Its a good deal.

Its not unlimited, only 10mb for 8/, if you exhaust your 10mb before 24hrs you will pay 8/ per mb (unless you have many lines and you subscribe for 10mb on another line after you exhaust your 10mb on one line)

I totally agree. Not many people know that this 'unlimited' internet is actually capped. But since yu had unlimited offer. They also had to cheat us they hav the same offer. Or probably their marketin dept. Doesnt know english !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep !

Qw, how is 10MB for 8 shillings a con? I think its a good deal for mobile users. You must be having some major beef with safcom...

I dnt hav beef with safaricom. But what i am pushing her is pure reasonin. I believe people have been so used to be conned and exploited by safcon for a long time that when this time around they come and do it to a lesser degree its haild as the next big thing. How silly. Why do you think people are unlocking their safcom modems at a rate never seen before. Coz the exploiting dayz 4 safcön are over. 10mb for 8 shs is quite a deal if you ask me. its basically enough to do basic browsing. check emails, facebook, get a laugh from guka's comments here...all on the go. its worth it. now can safcom do something about their sms offers. post paid guys better scrutinize your bills, there is a weekend they billed like 50 times in 1 day. been trying to get reversal but wapi. also, pre-pay, at times one cant even load credo
