Thought the apartments were bought by individuals? Time gava started paying for their negligence that end up being costly to wananchi. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

Let us restore sanity in our country.Someone got to pay for this mess.NEMA/WARMA/Citu county approvers etc. I feel for the owners though.... Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

this riparian process is too selective, you will find that some of those who saw no issue when the malls were being brought down, now have an issue when the demolition notice is given to them.
If the government is serious they should just go after all, even if the national museum is on riparian land demolish all, if not wacha kupatia watu stress, the process has a lot of bias on what is demolished or not.

My observation exactly! Yes we feel for the individuals, but to see hypocrisy in Wazuans whom are supposed were in support of mall demolitions is wonders of the world!

Even those buildings behind seefar are in the riparian reserve. Yaani seefar built next to the dam wall? Only power stations or water pump facilities should be built on such locations.
