To me it's still pumping up,just about to burst.
What you've seen are those balloons inflated with saliva/mate,they usually burst mapema before the threshold pressure.

No We are not at the burst position.

Rosslyn was just designed to fail. Look at the location that’s 3 mammoth (or sizeable Malls if u wish) within 2kms of each other and expected to do well?! 🤦🏽‍♂️

I prefer Rosslyn Reviera. It's more compact, cosy, classy and quiet unlike 2 rivers which is too crowded and noisy especially during weekends when it is flooded with the selfie taking generation. The village market evolved from a nice mall to some other monster when they demolished parts of the mall and added hotels, apartment blocks etc making it lose it's character. Then the anchor store nakumatt collapsed and there was nowhere to even buy milk. For someone in runda, gigiri or Rosslyn, the cool place to go and shop is the rosslyn reviera. This is their neighborhood mall. A place where you can also enjoy your coffee, meal or beer in peace.

True but that’s mainly because there are no shops. What is occupancy there right now? 20%?

The more shops their are,the better for the property owner.
The more customers the better for the shop
So to make more money mall/property owner started levying parking fee to make money from the customer/consumer

The road/s leading to Rosslyn are a pain since there are only 2 lanes at some points along the road.
I have been there just once but if they charge for parking then it's a no-no.

As a shopper/spender, I find it annoying/irritating paying for parking. I don't go to a mall to hang around so why charge customers for parking?

Or they should provide a rebate for the parking if one spends money at the mall.
