Dear @Obiero, please rally your relatives to buy KQLC's stake.

Say no more.. watch and learn

You better exit quickly if you can. If you look at the chart closely, you will see that the price is falling over the cliff on a large volume.

Dead cat bounce. It will be back to 7.

Utangoja uchoke, you and your cliff theories.. KES 14 at a minimum is almost assured by 28.10.2018. Watch and learn

Let's see which therory will triumph. Your's to rise to 14 or mine to fall below 8.

True captain

In just 7 trading sessions between Sept 24th to 02nd October.. We have seen a heavy spike of KES 7.10 to KES 11 representing 57% gains on the KQ share. Next stop KES 14.. Thank me later

I never understand this KQLC thing... What if KQLC never get to sell they're shares in 10 years do they NPL? How are these banks holding they're positions in KQ on the balance sheet? Shame on you

The 'lending' to KQ has already been written off from the active loan book under CBK class 50. Upon receiving proceeds on sale from shares, the NPL is treated as a write back.. But remember they bought at KES 8.52 so are likely to remain in paper profit from an investment point of view. Further, GoK has guaranteed the restructuring hence fall back incase of outright loss to KQLC. On the balance sheet, the same are now treated as current assets
