It is quite possible that this "palace" cost 100 million but the contractor has also built his "palace" in the neighbouring county using materials procured for the first "palace". Very true. Now that the home/house is in ancestral land, can it be repossessed by the government? If yes, what would they do with it. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

They can convert it into the new chief's office, dispensary, nursery school, or The Sharon Otieno Museum......or leave it vacant. The govt would be free to do whatever it wants with the property.
