To confirm what really?
Did the villagers saw unusually high number of vehicles going to the forest?

Reports am seeing on the web say he was at the scene when lady was stripped and tied up. That he was furious and kicked her several times. Then left his boys to finish the job. There were only 2 cars at the scene, the KCL and the taxi he had hired to "the site".

I used to do better when 'taking' sugar from mum's cupboard some years ago...Sad Sad

This is now fake.

Seems fake to me too. It was said when they were abducted he was in nairobi, then some hours before body was discovered he was seen at police HQ. That's within say 36hrs, both times he being in nbo.

Fail to see how he did the 8hr drive 4 times within 36hrs.....

If what is being reported here id true , then Obado should also be charged for criminal negligence.

Never ever ever dismiss witness statements because it was them who were at the scene of crime and went through hell. Unlike you and fellow bloggers who were at their computers farting and hitting the keyboard and pretending that they know more about the happenings than the witnesses on the ground.

@Euge, its still 4hrs to kisumu.

Add 1hr airport wait, 1hr flight and 2hr mombasa rd traffic.....still 8hrs per trip.

Why is anyone sympathizing with the killer, the godfather? He should have been lynched on Sept 5.

A first year law student will tell you that testimonies from witnesses on their own are not enough to convict.
They need to be collaboratted.
Were there no witnesses in the ICC case?

On a light note, only those with a genetical problem and have taken a hypocritical oath demand that evidence needs to be collaborated.
